Jennifer Cairns, Registered Dental Hygienist
Jennifer graduated from Lorain Community College with an Associative Degree of Applied Science Dental Hygiene in 1999. Since then she has practiced with Dr. Scott Iliff in Amherst. She enjoys working with her patients and providing excellent dental care. She is constantly learning about new techniques and technology in the dental field. Jen stays busy being involved with her two very active children. Jennifer also enjoys reading, music, and spending time with family and friends.
Kathleen Decker, Registered Dental Hygienist
Kathi brings many years of experience to the office. She is highly skilled in hygiene techniques and strives to increase her knowledge on improving her patient's oral health. Kathi and Dr. Iliff have worked together since 2002. Her love of dentistry is matched by her love of family and animals. Kathi volunteers for Love-A-Stray dog rescue , fostering , helping with fundraisers, and utilizing her graphic art skills to support the program. Kathi has retrievers of her own, that love the water as much as she does.
Jan Hawkins, Certified Dental Assistant, Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary
After admiring her Dentist for his innovative treatment style and work with cleft palate and TMJ patients, Jan answered an ad as a dental assistant in the local newspaper. After being trained on the job and six years later after moving to Ohio, Jan became a Certified Dental Assistant. She then continued her training at Case Western Reserve University becoming an Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary. She joined Dr. Iliff in 2004 and has a great appreciation for helping Dr. Iliff's patients achieve optimal dental health. Her family time includes caring for her 2 busy children and her husband . She likes to read and is very active in her church and community.
Traci McGraw, Certified Dental Assistant, Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary
Traci has worked in the dental field for the past 28 years. She completed her dental assisting training at Cuyahoga Community College and then finished her advanced training at Case Western Reserve University. Traci enjoys being a part of a team, joining Dr. Iliff in 2009, that is committed to providing the best possible dental care for their patients. Traci and her husband Rob, have 3 beautiful daughters. They enjoy an active life running between softball fields and vacationing when possible.
Beth Skillicorn, Benefits/ Financial Coordinator
Beth has worked in the dental profession for 40 years in all aspects of administrative and clinical settings. She joined Dr. Iliff in 1997 and has been dedicated in providing personalized attention for every patient. She strives to create financial options for our patients everyday allowing them to receive the best dental care possible. Beth and her husband , Chris, enjoy riding their motorcycle and being involved in the American Legion Riders Motorcycle Club in their spare time. They also love spoiling their cats Stewey and Sasha.
Kay Mayer, Appointment Coordinator
Kay joined Dr. Iliff's team in January 2018, but has been in the dental profession for over 14 years. She is truly excited to meet all of our awesome patients! Kay is the voice behind your "reminder call" and she is on the phone scheduling your appointments and answering any questions you may have. Kay and her husband Dean have two children and six grandchildren. Kay's spare time is filled with enjoying summers in her hometown of Vermilion on her golf cart, swimming in her pool and playing outdoors with the grandchildren. She and Dean also enjoy traveling with their friends.
